I've only done 7 days before and by day 4, I'm already depressed that wer're heading back...so I will relish my 9 days. The ports are all new for me, Barbados, Grenada, St. Lucia, Antigua, Tortola. I've done East and West Carib, but never southern. And we live in Ft. Lauderdale, and it leaves from Miami so no flight, which is great. And leaving my kids home, celebrating my Birthday which is March 16th.

We did Alaska 2 summers ago with the kids, rountrip Vancouver. We loved the trip so much that the summer after this we are going back again. We want to do a Northbound with a few days of land afterwards. I agree the further North we went, the better we liked it.

I have a great group on our roll call thread, and we just made plans for 17 of us to rent a 48' Searay to go to the Baths in Virgin Gorda. I'm really excited about getting away. I'm so overdue for a vacation. We plan on eating a lot in the specialty restaurants, as I don't mind paying for them and being able to have a reservation. One of the best perks of the suites.

I'll leave my collapsable cooler home, but may take my small cd/clock readio and an extension cord. I love to have music and a drink on the balcony. I am so excited. Did you do any excursions that you loved? Were you on the 9 day?

We'll be staying in one of the AD's on 03/18 (9710) Love to get a little info. Can you estimate how deep the balcony is?

Did you get any sun on the balcony, as it is all covered..

Did you have lounge chairs on the balcony?

Adequate ice buckets or bring a collapsable small cooler?

CD player?

Did you eat in the specialty restaurants? Which did you like best?

Did you wait for the diningroom?

Anything else you can tell me about the suite I'd love to hear.

The AC's are all on deck 10.
