I bought these for my upcoming cruise. They Velcro over the pole in the closet. Got them on amazon for $3.00. The material is very sturdy and they are put together very well. They will give me some extra shelving space [emoji16]

I just upgraded into one for my cruise in October. Yes it does have a tub which is why I took it. I have a 5 year old who hates taking showers but loves time in the tub. So worked for us. [emoji4]

We went to one of the touch screen kiosks (found next to public elevator lobbies and the Atrium). Select Shore Excursions. Select Harvest Caye. Select Clam Shell. Scan your card. The voucher will be delivered to your room.

Final comment on Harvest Caye. The island has little shade and the sun can be brutal. The palm trees will provide shade for a short period. Same with the complimentary umbrellas, has the sun moved, so does your shade.

 

The clam shells along the back row help helps protect you from the sun. We did not do any excursions on HC, so our $50 paid the entire cost of a clamshell.

I’m on a sailing in October and we’re well over final payment. I saw that the cruises price dropped earlier this week and called to see if I could get obc or something. They said they couldn’t give me obc but could do a upgrade free of charge. I did receive an offer to upgrade through the ncl advantage program about a week ago but felt the prices were way more then I was willing to pay. So luckily with calling I was able to get an upgrade to a higher floor and went from a mini suite to a family mini suite on a higher deck.

If you get more then one entree...your main dinner ...there’s and extra charge. Nowhere does it state you can’t have more then one app or dessert or sides.

You pay for food and drinks which sucks. The beach, pool, and the regular loungers are free. I know they have some animal exhibits and wanna say those aren’t an extra cost. But I’m sure someone can weight in on that bit. I’m going to HC October [emoji3]

Does anyone know if the fare for the addition of a third person to a cabin generally goes up, down or stays the same after final payment is due? A friend has just expressed an interest in joining us for an upcoming cruise and we are wondering if it’s best to book now or wait until after the final payment is due (Aug 4th)? We have already paid our fare. Thanks.

I’d do it now if that person knows they are going. Waiting till later you could possibly see a price increase and also you could run into occupancy restrictions.

Does anyone know or recall the ages for this? We have a large group starting as young as 4. Not sure that she would want to be there but she is good at puzzles..

It says it recommends 12 and up but all ages are welcome. I just looked at the dallie last night someone posted and it was on there.

We’re staying at the Conrad hotel for our cruise this coming October and cruising on the getaway also. The price is not to far off from what I’m paying also which is great. Hopefully we can get an upgrade also. Can’t wait for the rest of your review!

I think the only place I found a Lobster Tail on the Getaway was in Ocean Blue.

HI to all!

Really enjoyed the lobster tail on my last cruise which was Royal’s Oasis of the seas. This will be my 1st time on NCL. I wanted to see if any of the specialty restaurants or MDR have it available as a included feature. I don’t eat lobster usually because it can be quite expensive. But, really hoping it’s available.
