The asst butler is, as you said, the person who cleans the cabin along with your butler. The sommelier is the wine steward (certainly not an asst waiter!) and is usually very visible in the YC restaurant.
Have been on the Seaside week of Aug 11. Definetely no more sommelier present in Yacht Club.

Hi guys,
is there any tennis players/enthusiasts that are going to be sailing on Divina this Saturday? My boyfriend is a Division 1 tennis player at NJIT and he is looking for someone that could hit with him since I don't play tennis haha!
Great idea - please tell your boyfriend to bring his own Tennis court (as there is none on the Divina)

You simply show up and the desired time, as your Aurea experience includes "Anytime dining". There is a section of a dozen or so tables set aside for Aurea guests. We never had to wait, and in fact usually had the same table. No need to reserve our announce yourself in any way.

Not wrong - but anyhow, reservation is recommended (give a call approx. 1 hour in advance)

Thanks alot Pete for The good news!
IMHOit's a cabin in a very good position. It is not affected by the deck 14 overhang and has good views in all directions. It has a plexiglass " "fence" .
It has cabins above , below and on all sides so should not experience undue noise.
it is 192 sq. ft. ( 168 living area ; 24 bathroom) with a 42 sq. ft. balcony
It would be hard to better it, exceptions being aft cabins on decks 10 and 11 which have very large balconies.
You should have little to complain about from a standpoint of location with this cabin.
enjoy your cruise

@vacationdreamer: we never had to skip dessert - always got more than plenty of and still managed to the first Show.
First Show and late dinner won't fit, as Show normally ends around 9:15pm and second dinner seating starts at 08:30 pm.
As it's intended, that first seating eaters attend the first Show and late dinner eaters the second Show, theres always plenty of space in the theatre, even if you arrive tight.

Hi Peter
may I ask you for some insights on Cabin 12025 on Divina? Thanks and rgds,

If you're in the first seating for dinner, you usually should manage to attend the first show as well - at least that was the case in last August, when we travelled on Divina.

Is this something you have to purchase on-board only? Or can you pre-purchase via the website before you board?
Package can be purchased online in advance

On the Divina it's mostly the question, how many devices you want to connect to the Internet. We took the one for 4 different devices, including a volume of 1.5 GB. Due to slow and low bandwith, we only managed to consume a little bit more than half of the data volume that would have been included in the package. So surfing in the Internet isn't really fun at all....

Did you have them in your carryon or checked in?
Had them in our carryon bags...

Have been on Divina by beginning of August this year. At Boarding in Miami it was no problem at all to bring some bottles and cans on board (think we had about a total of 5).
Kind regards

Most probably you booked your cruise via a travel Agent - he certainly can help you.

Cannot speak for the YC on all ships. But on the Seaside, no Sommelier was present.
