Has anyone traveled with a BC that is printed on black paper with white lettering. It looks like a photo copy. It's on a 4 x 6 sheet of paper with a stamp on the back. My SIL was adopted and this is the only BC she has. We are about 6 weeks out from our cruise and would like to know for sure if this would be acceptable documentation along with a DL.

I lost my BC during a move about a year ago and just went to the county clerk's office and they printed one out that day for me and is now my official BC.

You can just let it go against your gratuities. If you have prepaid your gratuities call Carnival and have them removed so your credit can go towards that when you are on the ship. Same net effect.

That's a great idea, thank you! I haven't pre-paid because I may feel obliged to tip more than the standard if we get a great staff.

I'm in a similar situation with the Cruise Cash right now. We are sailing on 5/6/2017 for our honeymoon and my aunt and cousin said they found my account and gave us Cruise Cash. I want to buy the Cheers package before the cruise because it's cheaper and use the credit towards the price, but Carnival said I won't be able to do anything until the day of the cruise when we check in. I want to make sure the money is on the account before we sail so my aunt can get it straightened out if anything went wrong.

How is this an upgrade if you have to pay for it?:confused:

When you buy a car, you pay for upgrades. If I need a new computer, I'm buying an upgrade.

I'm currently booked for a regular balcony room for my honeymoon and was offered a Grand Suite upgrade for $540 flat rate (no added fees or taxes) for a 7 day cruise. Does this seem like a fair offer?

I currently have a OS booked on the Miracle for the 8th floor in the back. It's our first cruise and is our Honeymoon. I'm starting to worry about the movement on the back without knowing how vulnerable we are to seasickness. The only OS available to swap is on the 6th floor for the middle of the ship. It looks like the life-boats are right around the 6th floor and I'm wondering if the balcony views will be hindered by these. Thoughts?

I booked an Early Saver for 5/06/17 on the Miracle for my honeymoon and it will be our first cruise. I booked a Suite on the back (the last one before you're on the actual back with the wrap around balcony) as a lot of people told me it would be best for views. Since I'm technically facing the side and not the back, I'm not sure if the view will be much different than if I was in the middle of the ship.

I am now thinking I want to be in the middle to minimize possible sea sickness since we've never been on a cruise. Also, my fiance has a hereditary leg problem and want to minimize how much she has to walk and I'm thinking the middle would be better for that.

Will they let me change after I booked the room if rooms are still available? I will be changing for the same type of room, just in a different location.

According to their website, if you have a suite you can connect a device, but if I'm reading it correctly you'll need to use a HDMI to RCA converter, which won't be HD, but better than nothing, I guess...

My wife (to be) and I will be on a 7 day Miracle cruise through the Mexican Riveria (Cabo 2 days, PV 1 day) for our Honeymoon. I'm a foodie, but she is not mostly due to her not eating red meat or pork. Based on this I was hoping some of you well educated people could help me with the below questions:

I really want to do the Chef's Table, but was wondering if it's possible to do a chicken, fish or veggy only option for her. I don't want to be difficult, but I also don't want to disrespect the Chef by her giving me her food she won't eat. I also don't want to do this solo since it's our Honeymoon.

If we go to the steakhouse and she wants chicken, would they make something for her or better yet, would they be willing to bring her a dish we had in the MDR a previous night that she enjoyed? I don't care about paying for it, I just want to enjoy a great steak without feeling like I dragged her somewhere she doesn't have options.

Can we bring food back to our rooms from any of the restaurants/bars to our room if we wanted to save it for later?

My wife (to be) and myself are going on our Honeymoon to the Mexican Riveria. We have the choice of a suite on the aft on level 8 or the middle on level 6. I feel like the aft will be better due to being in the back and having a better radius plus it's 2 levels higher. We've never been on a cruise so I'm a little worried the back might be louder and bumpier and we really don't know how we would do with sea sickness. We've been on boats and long car rides and never get sick, just not a week long cruise.
