I went to Suva Nov last year off RCI. Had Jewel of Fiji booked in for my family of 5. The tour pick you up from port and you spend whole day out at Navua river, beautiful. There are river rapids and waterfalls. You get to swim. You also visit local village and they cook lovo lunch for you. We absolutely loved it, was highlight of fiji.

I picked up 3 x beautiful suits for my boys to wear. They were $15-$20 a set. Secondhand. School formals have just finished up and there are some great bargains.

I will be traveling on legend of the seas from Brisbane to Fiji in November. And would like to know if we are allowed to bring gifts such as chocolates on board? I thought it would be nice to leave for the room attendants.

Also interested in bringing some items to donate to children of Fiji. Does anyone know where best place to donate items would be?
