I thought the S&S card was your room key? Hard to believe they don't want you to use that until your room is ready......

on NCL you are perfectly fine to just drop off bags in your cabin no matter what. they will still be cleaning the room possibly though
unsure how carnival handles early attempts to do this
I have heard of folks that go by their room and drop off carryon bags on Carnival. We will most likely try it on ours in March.:p

I just cant justify the $700 for drinks! We are taking on our bottles of wine and I am taking on cans of cranberry juice to go with the bottle of vodka I bought that will be waiting in our room. Hubs drinks mainly beer during day and might have a glass of wine or whiskey in evening. Even if we have a speciality coffee I dont see us buying 12 drinks a day we might do it a day or two but we have 4 ports to visit and I know would not come close on those days. But I do believe to each his own.:)

We havent sailed on this ship before and I trusted my travel agent on room placement. It appears that there is some kin do walk way around the Atrium next to us.

I just ordered a bottle of vodka from the cruise line shop to have in our room. It clearly stated that was its purpose......am I misreading or is this about something totally different??? Also, I thought that alcohol purchased in port in confiscated until the last day??

Anyone stayed in this room? Trying to figure out what that area is that is shown on deck plans.....can't tell if its a mechanical/electrical room, access panel area???? Any ideas? Don't want the room if its something that will be loud during the night.
Victor Bodden guide/driver recommendations? (MERGED THREADS)
in Roatan
Posted
We did the private tour with Victor Bodden Tours. We had never been to Roatan and wanted to see the island. Our driver was Isaac. He took good care of us and spoke good English. We were able to see everything we wanted, shop and stopped several places to take pictures. We ate at a resort area. Be detailed about what you want and dont want to see/do. I wish we had ate somewhere local but I didn't specify so we were fine with his choice. We will do again.
