We are on the Enchanted Princess a week before you. Princess website says stopping at Bar Harbor on the 15th but maine.portcall.com shows no ship docking at Bar Harbor that day. I just looked at Portland and it doesn't show us there or at Sydney. Not sure what is going on.

Going on the Pearl September of 2022. Cabins 11149 & 11649 look different than the typical inside stateroom but I can't find any info on these boards or thru google. Are the cabins set up different? Smaller? etc. Also being under The Great Outdoors are they noisy?

Does anybody know what the "empty" spaces are?

Next to cabins 2356-2358, and cabins 2365-2367

I have checked out the deck plans and wasn't sure what is between those 2 cabins. The "empty" space. I had saw another post about an aft interior on deck 8 Jewel class and the empty space next to that cabin was where they stored the art and was a little noisy. 

Has anyone stayed in either one of these? Noise? Vibration? Problems or happy?

Thanks for the info. There is only 1 Sea day for this cruise. I hope they offer the wine and cheese tasting.

Tried looking it up but having trouble finding anything. I see that there is wine tastings but what kind? We were on the Dawn 5 years ago and we did a chocolate and wine tasting. Just was wondering what is offered on the Pearl 

Thanks for the replies. First time having this type of cabin and looking forward to it. Even if they were replaced before we cruise it still would be worth having the extra room and couch for only $30 more total than a regular inside room on our cruise dates.

We have a french door cabin booked on the Miracle for this October. On the Carnival site it used to say interior with French doors, now it says interior with window. I know there was a post about the Legends french doors being welded shut. Does anybody know if the Miracles have been done already or will they wait until dry dock?

My sentences kind of ran thru in the beginning. The cruise isn’t October 7th. Breeze is October 20th and the Miracle is on the 21st. My daughter is out of school now, is fall break the beginning of October or the end?

Looking at either the Miracle or Breeze this coming October. 7 day Western with basically the same ports except one. Was on the Magic last August and really enjoyed it. Never had a problem finding a place to lounge or play games with the family. Did not ever have problems with crowds or lines. I know the Miracle is smaller and less capacity but does it feel crowded? Are there public spaces to just getaway or play games besides the library?

Any shuttle suggestions for Port Canaveral to Daytona airport? 5 of us plus luggage

So you do not get to pick what "zone" luggage tag you want? They just assign one to you?

If not doing self assist are there scheduled times you can pick to disembark?

Our last two out of PC we had FTTF and were in our car and on the road by 7am. Worst part was we had to meet to disembark at 5:45am, but it is really worth it.

So, FTTF also gets you off the ship early when you get back?

I think it was due to the captain's vacation beginning, but last month on Magic we did self-assist and walked off the ship at 6:25!

If you are trying to make an early flight, I would recommend doing self-assist. You have your baggage and can be on your way much faster. Do you have transportation arranged?

Port Canaveral has always been an easy port for us because there really aren't problems with late arrival.

No transportation arranged yet. Looking at some private services instead of goportcanaveral. Thought a private service could get us there quicker. Also, there is a RC ship disembarking that morning and 3 Carnival ships. How crazy will the traffic be?

I cruised out of there only once and it was on time. I don't think Port Canaveral is one of the ports that has issues with delays. You can always use early disembark if you want to be one of the first ones off the ship.

That being said, there is no guarantee that the ship will be there exactly at 8, it should but it may be off by a little.

When you say early disembark, is that the same as self assist where you carry your own luggage off? Do you have to "sign up" for it or just grab your bags and go?

Thank you for the replies. So far there are 2 flights leaving Orlando to Cincinnati that are early. An 11:20 and an 11:40. The earlier one is $100 cheaper per person. Just not sure if that is doable
