It it looks like from a port further south or maybe Belize it might not be so far away.

Someone else had posted about it in the port of call forum but still hasn't received any replies. 

Just saw a new excursion posted for Costa Maya, River Tubing at Seven Colors Lagoon. Has anyone booked this yet or actually gone? I'm very interested but can't find any information anywhere.

I'm on a Symphony of the Seas sailing in April. Do they do the balloon drop at midnight on the 1st night for every Symphony sailing or is that only on special occasions (inaugural sailing, new years, holidays, etc.)? Thanks!

Thank you for the responses. I'm hoping that we'll be able to do it. It's the secret river excursion in Cozumel and the only one my husband was really excited about!

Just emailed RC to be added to the waitlist for a specific shore excursion on my April cruise. I must've booked the last spot because when I tried to add my husband, it wouldn't let me and when I called customer service they said it was sold out. Has anyone that's been on the waiting list for an excursion actually gotten a reservation? Or have you noticed that more spots become available on an excursion at a later date? Just trying not to feel hopeless about the situation right now!
