We are taking a Viking River cruise at the end of March. Airfare was included in our booking but we are arriving 3 days early and will need to get some transportation from Brussels to Antwerp on the day the cruise starts. Will Viking arrange that or do we need to book it on our own?

We were on the Vista in May and it is a gorgeous ship. I particularly loved the lighting fixtures in the public spaces and in the cabins. Does anyone know where they sourced the lighting? We’re building a townhouse in Carefree, AZ and I would love to have some fixtures that are similar. Thanks for your help.

That’s what I thought too but they didn’t show up there. That was how we’ve booked them in the past but they were not listed for this cruise.

Does anyone know anything about the small dining room next to the Culinary Center?

We were able to book a class through our travel agent. I haven’t been able to find anything online about cooking classes or how to book them. We used our OBC to pay for it.

We’d like to take a cooking class on our May 20 Vista cruise but I can’t find anything on the website about them. Can anyone tell me where to find more information? Thanks for your help.

We are currently on the Joy sailing out of LA. After the price of our stateroom dropped dramatically we were given $900 OBC, but it doesn't show up on our account. Who should I talk to about this?  The concierge? Thanks for your help.

We got $950 in OBC when the price of our cruise dropped after final payment, but I don't see that on the Edocs or online. How do I make sure that will be available when we get on the ship? (The Joy, sailing 11/24).

Thank you "Formerly Know As Cool Cruiser" for the heads up. It looks like you're talking about Cowes Week? This year it is July 29-August 5, so that shouldn't impact the ferries.

Thank you, John Bull. I was hoping you would reply. This is very useful information that will help with our planning.

We will be arriving at Heathrow from the US on Aug. 11 around 11:00 am. We will be with another couple and would like to arrange transportation to Southampton where we will stay for two nights before our Oceania cruise leaves on Sunday, Aug. 13. On August 12 we plan to take the ferry to the Isle of Wight to see some friends who live there. Does the ferry leave from the same docks that the cruise ships leave from? Can you recommend transportation from Heathrow to Southampton and lodging in Southampton that would be convenient for the ferry and the cruise ship?
