My dad and a going to have issues taking stairs and I am concerned he won’t get an elevator when we dock at ports. Any idea which floors it disembarks for each port? Port Canaveral, private island and Nassau.

I took packing tape and wrapped each printed tag for a cheap way to “laminate” seal with a bit more tape when you wrap it and you’re good to go!

I know that we will have 2 doubles but still unclear on what the layout will be for the other 2. Does bed drop from ceiling and couch pull out? Does anyone have pics?

We stayed in one of the smallest inside rooms on the Epic with our 2 kids. Last minute booking so we did not have much of a choice. That was tight but we'd do it again. 2 people has got to be a breeze! As long as you don't overdo it with the luggage and store that away in the closet you'll have ample room. Just stay organized and realize it is an inside room and not the Haven!

We took our kids on a 7 day cruise on the Epic in Jan. and they were rarely bored. Every day it was breakfast, hot tub, pool, water slides, food, repeat. they loved the climbing wall and other activities throughout the day as well. My son is 11 and daughter 6. We just booked a 7 day on the Gem for next year and they can't wait!

We sail this Saturday and my husband is a die-hard Packers fan. He's nervous that they won't show the games on Sunday. I've seen the posts on the Super Bowl but any experience with lesser games? Hoping O'sheehans has the game on at least but concerned that will overcrowd pretty quickly.

What state is that? Do you think it will spread to other states too? What "requirements"?

We are in PA and I just started reading about it in the past few weeks. Not sure about other states but I do know it's not an issue for all. Here's an article posted explaining.

I was thinking that we would do the passport card in lue of the book? I see that the card is valid for land or sea-port in Mexico, Caribbean, and Bahamas.

That would work as long as no emergencies occur which of course I wouldn't expect but you never know. Definitely considered but determined we'd get the book and that would "force" us to make a few more trips in the coming years 😀

I ended up shelling out another $400 for my husband and kids to get passports bc I was too nervous not to. Good news is that it took 2 weeks to get back without expediting! Also found out that in my state starting in 2018 will need passports to fly domestically as licenses do not meet requirements. I definitely struggled with the decision since they are not cheap!
