The last two p&ocruises we did,the onboard credit was put on by p&o as soon as I had paid the balance, there was no need for me to claim it or send in share cert, prior to this I sent in cert each time

My wife and I travelled down to Southampton using inter cruises and can say that they were every bit as good as Eavesway whom we have used previous.
The coach was new supplied by Coopers and the driver was cheerful helpful and very polite.
Plenty of room on the coach to travel in comfort enough rest breaks and reached the port in plenty of time
The return journey was also as good

I have purchased a saver fare on a Baltic cruise and, just telephoned share holder line at p&o and received OBC for my share holding, as I have on all previous cruises

Just been allocated E119 on Ventura, for Baltic cruise.
Does anyone have any reviews of this particular cabin.
We don't spend much time in there but,it's always nice to know your surroundings

I also booked a cruise for November 2014 on the day they were released for sale with an on board spend of £70 per person.
I noticed through these boards that the OBC had gone up to £220 per person so,rang P&O twice to enquire if the new spend applied to existing customers andon both occasions was told by the operator that they would need to ask the manager and would call me back,up to now this as not happened.
After the problems with fare types in the past it seems that P&O have still not learned their lesson and continue to offer a two tier system with loyal customers losing out AGAIN.
I have sailed on a number of occasions with other cruise lines but, always came back to P&O too which I have taken nine Caribbean cruises, now I will not return to P&O but go elsewhere .
