  1. I bring a small, 5 inch electric desk fan. (Walmart) Easy to pack, lightweight and gives me the airflow I need. Battery fans weigh so much and the batteries will NOT last if you use the fan all night, every night...so you need to bring extras...again, very heavy!

Thank you for the info, I appreciate it!

  2. I would like to bring a small fan for the room. I am certain somewhere in this site there is a link to what type of fan is allowable, but I am unable to find one. Could you please suggest what is allowed, or forward a link to me? I’m an avid Amazon shopper, so if you have purchased one from there a picture would work as well [emoji847] Thank you for your assistance!

  3. All call center calls are digitally recorded and monitored randomly for quality assurance. The Early Saver non refundable deposit disclosure should have been read to you as part of a scripted recap. The booking would also be notated that you were advised of the ES terms and conditions. Carnival's quality assurance department can listen to the call and simultaneously see it as step by step computer screen shots .

If you are 100% convinced that you were not advised correctly, call Carnival and ask to to be escalated to a Senior Agent and they will review your booking. They will find it using the booking number and the time stamps on the booking record.

    Good Luck.

I was advised correctly, the original poster was not. Please read further back on the thread as your comment will apply to their concern, not mine and they will likely not see it if it's attached to my reply.

  4. When I booked directly through Carnival over the phone the customer service representative told me that information right after she advised me that the call would be recorded. Research also goes a long way.

  5. Kevin the CD on the Elation is absolutely hilarious and so very engaging with everyone-the customers and staff. His sidekick George is also very entertaining. Spent just a little time in the casino, not a whole lot of time but the casino employees didn't seem to be too happy, at least not the ones we encountered. I will most definitely sail the Elation again literally based upon Kevin, George and the rest of the staff.
