Hi everyone,

We will be driving from Toronto to the cruise terminal and wanted to know if anyone had any tips/suggestions on any stops along the way! 

We will be doing it over 2 days and so trying to just plan out where to stop and stay and if there are any recommended places along the way others have gone to and hotels they have stayed at.

Lastly, when you do arrive at terminal, is it pretty straight forward on what to do and where to park?

I would bring some Canadian cash.  You can spend USD but you will get burned on the exchange as they will typically be at least 10% or so off what the current rate is.  Having said that, for the amount you may pay in cash, you aren't really losing much.  Doesn't hurt to hit up your bank and go grab some Canadian currency before just to have.  Whatever country I travel to I always have that currency on hand just in case there is an issue with a CC or you want something small, etc... like a bottle of water, ice cream, and so on.

Just wanted to add that after 30 points you will become Platinum.

Hi everyone,

After my most recent cruise I am at 29 pts which is obviously one short of being being at the Emerald level. When I go back in my cruise history, I notice that a cruise we took back in 2005 we only received 1 pt for. I was told by someone else that they only use to give 1 pt back then.

Does anyone have any experience with that or suggestions?

On Allure of the Seas, anyone with experience with Cabins on Deck Six at the front of the ship that sits over the Amber Theatre ? Any noise issues at night? Deck 7 above is just cabins so that is OK just worried if below you hear the noise coming up.

I have been looking at these three. WHile all in slightly separate areas, they are all close to the centre.

Any experience with them? Family of 4 with 2 kids and wondering what the best one would be to stay at as we take in Stockholm for several days before our cruise departs.
