Thanks for your response. So the same account is charged for reservations/excursions that the on-board credit is applied to? Sorry just for clarification.. for instance, account could be -100 then once on board credit applied +300? Like if you have a credit card linked to your cruise account it is not charged if you don't have on board credit?

Wondering how soon after boarding you can access your drink package? Are different packages identified by bracelets/ids? Does this take some time to be sorted out or are you immediately able to order a drink included in your package upon arrival?

Just wondering what documents are required for Canadian citizens to board the silhouette in Florida. The description of required documents on their website isn't perfectly clear, but what I gather is we will need: passport, Xpress pass, credit card, and luggage tags. What about proof of health insurance? Anything else?

Wondering what temperature/weather conditions to except on sea days for a Western Caribbean cruise in April? I noticed some mentioned the air-conditioning can be chilly inside, what about on deck/balcony?

Upon arrival, are the two beds separate or together into one bed? Can you request to have this done prior to arrival? Is this difficult to do yourself? Can you tell the bed (once together) is two beds (is there a gap, does it separate over time, do you sink towards middle, etc.)?
