On the same hand...what are OPs thoughts on Rome? We are thinking of doing an “essentials” type tour that goes inside the Vatican, Colosseum and other major sites.

Thank you all for the responses. Seems several recommendations for Amalfi Coast and Pompeii. Think we should definitely try to arrange a tour on this go around and save Isle of Capri for another.

Traveling on Symphony of Sea this summer. We stop in Naples and are looking for advice on making the most of shore excursion for the day.

Never been to this part of Italy.

Is it too much to do tour of Isle of Capri and Pompeii?

Alternative is we focus on Capri and make another future trip to Pompeii and Amalfi Coast?

thank you all. agree that its definitely a personal decision but think 2000 is a bit steep for cruise where most of the time you will be off the boat.

Traveling next summer on the new Symphony of the Seas in Europe for 7 night cruise. Inclined to go with a GS but its $2000 more for the two of us than a JS. Is it really worth the added cost?

Can anyone comment on the deck plan for Symphony of the Seas. Both 14626 and 14636 are Junior suites. 14626 looks larger on deck map but 14636 has an extended/deeper deck. Any suggestions on which is preferred?

Hello all

Interested in a 7 day Western European cruise in June 2018 on the new Symphony of the Seas. My wife an I are planning on going with a group and have been contemplating the cabin to select. We value space and since it will be our 10 yr wedding anniversary are wanting a JS or GS.

However, the GS is $1000 more per person for the trip and I cannot see that its worth the extra cost since we will probably be off the boat most of the trip sightseeing or mingling with friends who are also traveling with us. Are the perks from the Sky category worth the extra cost. Please let me know your thoughts.
