That is unfortunate, UBD is one of the best deals on the planet for the amount of and quality of food and drink. Hopefully they bring it back.
I agree. The UBD was a terrific meal. Fingers crossed that it’ll come back after covid. It was not offered on our 9/12 Alaska cruise but we did get the champagne balcony breakfast. Maybe because it is so much quicker to set up than the dinner? It was fun to try but not nearly as good as the dinner!

The balcony chairs recline to flat and there are also footstools (one was tucked under a chair in the pic). The other bonus is the table is much larger and suitable for a deluxe balcony breakfast for 2.

I am going next week, and the forecast is for strong aurora on the night we are in Juneau. Now, please don't rain!!!
Call guest services and ask for a northern lights wake up call. They keep a list that will get notified from the bridge if they are visible. Sadly on our 9/12 cruise, we never got the call due to cloudy skies. Good luck!!
sorry. I posted before I read the last page. Already answered.

The Majestic midship balcony cabins on Dolphin are completely covered 4x9 feet. But forward aft balcony cabins are extended. The typical 4 feet covered portion plus maybe 5’ uncovered—a huge “standard” balcony. Reminds me of the extended caribe balcony cabins on Ruby Princess and her siblings. Pics were from D702.
extra large balcony?
