Well, I think we have to change our plans! We are booked at the Holiday Inn Rocky Point. But, my girlfriend and I will fly in from Atlanta. Her daughter and three of her girlfriends are driving in to Tampa from college. Now, we will have 6 girls and ALL that lugguge to get into a midsize/compact car! No way! So, any suggestions for a hotel near the port that has pick up from the airport, and shuttle to the port? I guess we also need a hotel not too far from the port! Otherwise we will have to follow directions! Oh No! Our room at Holiday Inn will sleep all six of us. (we are on a budget-sort of). Thanks!

We are staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Rocky Point on 3/10. I believe they offer a shuttle to the port. Is this also allowing you to leave your car in Holiday's lot? If anyone has taken the shuttle, was there a long or delayed wait for folks to gather going over to the port? Returning to the Holiday Inn after the cruise? Will have a flight to catch. Thanks.

bellybutton - I didn't even think to ask about leaving our cars - yes, it will take two to get the girls and all their stuff down there - on the Holiday Inn property. I will call tomorrow and see if they offer this service.

Anyone stayed at the Holiday Inn Rocky Point? Just booked using points - saving $$$ for Grandeur casino March 11! Safe area? We will be getting in late - around 8 or 9 pm. Driving in from Atlanta.
