  1. Thank you! thank you! Thank you!

One other question - my daughter does drink warm milk when she wakes up and sometimes in the evening. Any ideas how to get this? We're fine if we have to go get it as I hope we wouldn't have to pay the room service fee. Do we ask them to warm it up? She won't drink it cold. We'll bring her cups and we got the drink package so she'll drink water the rest of the day.

  2. Just seeing this thread as I am looking for advice for cruising with our 2.5yo for the first time.

We've been on both the Breakaway and Summit. I would say Breakaway is your best bet. I think the flexible dining is just easier with a 1yo. They had a Sponge Bob splash park just for kids which was nice. Summit didn't have much for kids that I remember and you're tied to the traditional dining times. What I also liked about the Breakaway is that since it is geared towards younger crowds the entertainment was fun. We enjoyed the piano bar a lot and comedy shows. So if you take turns putting the baby to bed and going out there is more to choose from. Also, regardless of what you choose I'd recommend a balcony room so that you can sit out there while baby naps or sleeps.

We're doing Royal Caribbean, leaving Saturday. Fingers crossed for a decent trip.

  3. Hello - We are boarding the Anthem on Saturday, June 3rd. It will be me, my husband and our 2.5yo daughter. We've cruised before though never with RCC and never with a kid.

questions mostly pertain to 2.5yo - we pre-booked whatever dining we could but after reading all the threads I'm concerned about waiting in line with her to be seated plus however long it takes us to dine. Any suggestions how to handle this? We plan to eat around 6/6:30 to keep it around the same time she eats at home so I'm hopeful the lines won't be too long then.

Can we show up to Bayonne whenever even though our boarding time is 1:30 - 2:00?

Very curious about the room situation. We will be bringing a pack n' play for her to sleep in. We got a (small?) balcony room deck 7, room 534. where the heck is this thing going to fit? Do we ask the room steward to move/remove anything to accomodate?

If I read correctly, we cannot drop her off at Adventure Ocean, right? I thought I read they have to be 3 and potty trained. We're not there just yet. (I'm not sure I would even feel comfortable and I'm 99% sure she won't stay with anyone she doesn't know but would be nice to know if it's even an option.)

Any other tips for cruising with a toddler? (aside from "don't" as it's already booked!;p)
