When we sailed on the Breeze early in July they announced that due to a medical emergency they would be heading back to Galveston.

A coast Guard ship meet the Breeze long before we reach Galveston.

We cruised in the Breeze on 7/9 - 7/16. There was a change to get photos. You didn't have to spend time looking for them.

They ask for your room number when taking photos and you can pull them up from the Hub App on your phone or you could use one of the tablets in the photo area to order them.

They said it was only on a couple of ships now, but it beats having to look through 100's of photos to find yours.

I'm sure this will be on all ships very soon.

We always try for deck 7. Since this is where the suites are, they tend to have the better staff even if you don't have a suite.

Just got back, We were on the Breeze. In Jamaica try the tour of Rose Hall. It wasn't too bad. I would recommend getting the coupons they have on the ship for the Royal Shops. Then just get the free things when there.

For Grand Cayman I'm not sure if it is offered the Atlantis Submarine is good for none swimmers. It is in Cozumel. I did that in Cozumel a few years ago before I got certified for scuba.

Yes, its a great option, and I don't think a lot of people know about it, because both times that we went there was plenty of seating, while the buffet was busy.

On the Breeze the premium restaurant Cucina del Capitano is free during lunch on sea days.

Cucina del Capitano was also on the Magic. That is where we learned of the lunch menu.

It is a scaled back menu of mainly pasta but still worth a visit.

It would be cool to have room service ordering on the hub app or interactive tv.

It can be ordered from the tv on most ships. That was how we ordered room service. Breeze, Elation, Magic

There has been some issues with the gangway. The the galveston website the chat rooms for the cams mentioned that the parts have to come from overseas and takes a while.

Seems they used the gangway last week though.

I hope it gets fixed soon. We board in 2 weeks

If you know the ship you can download the deckplan. It will show in the legend which rooms sleep 2,3,4

I have cards with cash back bonus. Did some calculations about 3-4 years ago and found that for every dollar cash back I got , it was only about 80-90 cents for the cruise rewards.

This was 3-4 years ago and the calculations were based on the info I could find on the cruise rewards card verses what I received on my cash back cards.

Besides with cash back, you can spend it anywhere
