What ship were you on? I board on Sunday, booked in a free casino cabin offer.. nothing said free drinks but I found that hard to believe.

I just got off my second Haven sailing. This time it was on Epic (7 days), last time was the Jade (11 days). Though the Jade didn't have a dedicated Haven Restaurant, we did get use of Cagney's/Moderno for Breakfast/Lunch.

But here's my question: Why does the menu NEVER change?! We would happily eat in the Haven exclusively except for the fact the menu didn't change once in 7 days, or once in 11 days on my previous sailing for breakfast, lunch OR dinner. Meanwhile the menu changed in the main dining rooms, with options they should easily be able to provide in the Haven as well. 

Is this just to push you out into other areas/restaurants?

I'd have to re-book at todays rates to get the added bonuses. :\

I'm newer to CC boards, but a long time NCL cruiser. I'm just a bit miffed and hoping I can get some help here. I was looking through my account today for my Jade cruise on 2/5 and decided to see, for the heck of it, if any cabins were left on the ship and was kind of shocked.

Now they're offering extra point per day for Latitude Members, $100 OBC, and all of these "distinctive perks" which are combinable with Free At Sea promotions. I booked H4, so I spent some money.. and I didn't get any of that.

Does NCL honor current sales and perks for Latitudes members or anyone for that matter? This sailing will make me Silver with NCL.

Just so shocked at all the new perks and freebies I could have gotten. :rolleyes::o

I have a question for you. I've booked the 2 bedroom suite in The Haven on Jade for the Panama Canal sailing this February. Cruisers 1 & 2 get the unlimited drink package for free.. but here's my question.. if we wanted to add another 1 drink package does cruisers 3, 4 and 5 in my cabin all have to buy it?

Further, online, I cannot purchase a drink package because it even tries to charge me for Cruisers 1 & 2, even though the dining package lets me select cruisers 3, 4 & 5 for purchase and de-select 1, 2 who get it for free.

So in the example of keeping gummy bears stocked, or pitchers of iced tea -- are those items "paid for" as an extra, or "provided" (free) by the butler? Just book 2 cruises in the Haven Feb 2018 on Jade through Panama Canal / Colombia & Epic in Europe 10/18

Newbie here.. long time lurker! :D;)

I'm booked into the Haven on the Jade in February, the 2 bedroom villa, my first time in the Haven but it's my 4th NCL cruise; and I'm reading up now on a cruise through Europe in October on the Epic (also with a dedicated Haven) but I'm finding some posts that say if you're in a suite you get all of the perks of the Haven? Is that true? The prices are about $1,000-$2,000 difference.. so why wouldn't someone get a Suite over Haven?
