Hi all, thanks.  No it didn't let me put in my husbands name when I booked and on the reservation it says TBA for the second guest.  I went to the already booked and it says it can't be edited.  I only have a few days before I can put in my 90 day info so I guess if I can't enter it there I will have to call.

I just booked on symphony for June and it did not allow me to enter my husband's info during booking.  Now my reservation says 2nd guest is TBA.  Is this new or do I need to call?

Ever since Royal Caribbean updated the page where you log in to make payments, I love that I no longer have to type in the reservation number, but now when I try to make a payment it says system failure, cannot locate my reservation.  I emailed RC but was wondering if others were having the same problem.  I have been trying to make a payment for weeks.  I gave a few weeks to see if it fixed itself but still hasn't.

We figured out how to get past it. In the drop down menu where it asks how you plan to arrive at the port, choose “consecutive cruiser.” It won’t ask for an arrival time, so you’ll be able to proceed with check in.

Yup, I have the same issue for my 6/22 cruise on Enchantment. I’ve called and also been told to keep checking, which I’ve been doing for over 2 weeks. I haven’t received any responses to my emails either. Which ship are you sailing on?

Also Enchantment but on the 29th. Just checked again and still off line. I emailed. When I messaged them on facebook they said they put in an tech order but that was 2 weeks ago. Still waiting.

Just skip online check-in no problem.....

It wont allow you. I tried to go to the next page and it says it must be completed, but it says the system is unavailable. Still contacting royal caribbean.

Thanks, I tried 3 different brosers and when I called RC they just said looks like it is down. But I can't imagine they have gone more than 2 weeks without anyone able to do online check in.

Try entering 11 or 1130 even if that is not the time you plan to arrive. I have never had an issue.

It just says the system is down and will not allow you to choose any time or continue to the next page. I was just curious if anyone else is experiencing this?

I have been trying for weeks to do my online check in but when it gets to make a arrival time, it says it is unavailable and will not let me continue. I contacted RC who said to keep checking. I just wanted to see if this was with everyone or if it is something not working on my account.
