Taken last July in Tracy Arm Fjord in Alaska

if I can't take anything with a heating element I can't take my hair straighteners either....

And I ask why they put kettles in the cabins on cruises out of the UK if they consider they are such a hazard :confused:

I am travelling on Infinity in July (Alaska cruise) and plan to take a travel kettle as the American cruises dont have tea making facilities in the cabin (ex UK cruises do have those facilities).

Does anyone know if it will be confiscated?

May take a magnetic England flag and use but other than that I want the space and weight in my suitcase for our clothes etc!

I think hubby will find it all a bit tacky but he'll probably let me put up a flag of home!

I can't quite decide if there is a security angle to telling people you are out of your cabin....
