  1. We were just on the Pearl to Alaska and I bought my husband and me weekly passes as his birthday gift. We LOVED IT! We used it almost every day. It doesn't seem like many people bought passes so there was never many people (and usually they were the same people). We liked being in the quiet....we are not big on the entertainment so the spa was a great place to be. One day no one except us was in there! I think I paid $139 each, before the cruise. They were still selling passes when we embarked and it was $189 each with some kind of aromatherapy promo.

  2. We stayed at the SeaTac Fairfield Inn since we are Marriott people. We wanted to be near the airport so that was the cheapest choice for Marriott. Plus all of them downtown seemed pretty expensive. You can take the light rail from the Fairfield for I think $2.50 one way/person but we chose to hire a town car thru the hotel (I think it was $30 each way if you reserve ahead of time). That was way easier than the light rail. Otherwise we would've been lugging our suitcases.
