Thank you! I was stressing since the couple we are going with are in their eighties and have mobility issues. We will be on the Crown Princess.

This is my first time sailing with Princess. The customer service and long hold times have really made me leery of ever booking with Princess again. Today I found out they sent our companions medallions to the right address, but instead of Indiana they sent them to Idaho. WTH! They will not send them to the correct address. I was on hold for over three hours and still told you'll have to pick them up at the port. This isn't the first time either. Problems with the app, no military discount showing up even though we got an email confirming. Planning a cruise is part of the fun of cruising. Sadly, NOT with Princess.🤔

:) Looking forward to Splendor reviews too. I've already read the reviews from the last couple months. This will be our first time out of Long Beach and the Mexican riviera ports. Part of the fun of cruising is all the pre planning ;) Also curious when Splendor will be getting the updated menus.

Are you kidding! The Splendor never gets anything until every other ship has it.

 

Third time going on Splendor next week. Not my choice. Did not do the booking. I'm company for a friend. But there is nothing new on the Splendor that I can find that wasn't there several years ago when I first sailed on it. Seems like the 'forgotten' ship.
