I have heard that the Magic Show, David DaVinci, is no longer performing on the Dawn. Has anyone been on the ship recently, do they have a magic show now? His show was fantastic.

If that happened- I would suspect it is kids doing it, and it probably isn't a common occurrence. I would never leave something unattended that I care about. Leave the watches, jewelry, and such in the cabin. I've cruised at least 40 times and have never had anything stolen. I did lose my camera in the theater, went to the front desk, and sure enough- someone had turned it in.

I also left /lost my camera in a bag with something I had bought from the gift shop in the casino. I was devastated, my daughters went to the main desk and someone had turned it in. By the time I got back to the cabin, they had called to tell me that they had it. I have sailed on the Dawn 3 times and will be sailing again in less than 3 weeks, always wonderful!
