  1. Call NCL and ask again. There should be no reason why someone else can't cancel it for you.

     

    What if your PCC happened to be on holiday just before the cancellation deadline? There is absolutely no way that it can only be done my your PCC.

    Thanks for the advice. I called them back. The agent that answered transferred me to someone on my Cruise consultant's team.

    First he suggested I have the reservation transferred to the partner.

    When I questioned what the advantage was since I was changing my cabin and cabin class he said wait he would transfer me to a supervisor.

    After a fairly short hold the original CC came back and said it was done.

    I rebooked the cruise through United and it already appears in my NCL account.

    Do you think I need to reverify our passport information?

  2. I found a upgraded cabin on my cruise for less money than NCL will give me.

    It is through United Airline Cruise.

    United told me to cancel with NCL beforecI booked it with them. They said being double booked is a problem.

    When I called NCL my Cruise consultant was not available. He said that only my Cruise consultant can cancel my Cruise. Should I ask for a supervisor?

    I do not want to loose the deal I am seeing through my United Mileage plus account.
