Thank you for your awesome review!! Love seeing all the pictures and reading all your tips! In fact it has helped me with our Pride cruise for April 23. I usually reserve our cruises a year out but had some unforeseen health issues & just received the go ahead from my doctor to travel. We can't wait ... Travelling with our 19 year old son. Hopefully he will be able to meet some kids his age.

Thank you all once again for this very helpful thread. The one HUGE thing that I find VERY frustrating with RCCL is the consistency of their agents on the phone. I called today to add an additional 500.00 to the amounts I had already purchased and lo and behold she cannot perform anything over 499.00 without a faxed copy. I had read this previously on this thread so I was aware of this information. However she can clearly also see that I have added amounts higher than 500.00 two prior times on my account with no prior issue.

Consistency in customer service is key...and they sure are demonstrating that they are not consistent.

I just purchased $750.00 USD for $825.00. Figured better safe than sorry and what is not used is re-credited to my credit card.

I matched on the RBC site and they are quoting me $978.08 = difference of $153.08 which is significant since the dollar seems to keep falling.
