Greetings all,

Going on our first cruise, chose the Haven Aft-facing suite on the Getaway. I have some questions for any who have cruised in the Haven before:

1) It's not a spa suite, do we get to use the spa?

2) All gratuities seem to be prepaid with my fare, do I tip anyone at all?

3) Do we drink free in the Haven lounge? If not alcohol, anything at all?

Really appreciate any feedback and/or priceless tips that would help us maximize our experience!

Hi folks! Preparing to book a 7-day NCL in the Haven. I have a few questions which hopefully some of you can clarify. Being a Haven guest, I'd have access to the Haven lounge, where all drinks are free? If so, the add-on perk "drink package" for two now requires the gratuity to be paid, totaling about $230 USD. I'm not a big drinker, even on this cruise cannot see myself nor wife having more than 3-4 drinks per day. That being said, the drink package sounds pretty wasteful, considering whenever we're thirsty for an adult beverage we can just pop into the Haven? Am I right?

Promotions change. No one should assume that the terms and conditions will remain the same from month to month. ALWAYS read the T/C's, especially when committing to a vacation that is costing you lots of money. Common sense.

I've recently booked a Haven Penthouse, chose all four perks - yet I see a "Choice Promotion Service Charge" of $223.92 tacked on after my perk selection. You say this is supposed to be waived? Please advise...
