I know the prepaid gratuities do not cover the above.  What is customery tip for these positions?  Want to make sure we tip appropriately.

Hi, I am able to upgrade an HE cabin on the Prima to H5 - looking at pictures, it looks as if this cabin overlooks a lounge area below rather than the water.  Is this a good cabin or should I be looking for something else that doesn't overlook loungers - we like to sit on the balacony & look at the water.  Any advice is welcome.  first time on Prima - first time in a Haven cabin. Thank you!

Going to Alaska (for the 1st time) on the Norwegian Bliss in June - stops include Juneau, Ketchikan, Skagway & Victoria, Any "must do" excursions? We tend to book thru the cruise line as a friend on a private tour almost missed their cruise ship last year. We don't want to spend a fortune but also don't want to miss something we absolutely should see as this will probably be our one & only trip to Alaska, Thank you all for responding,
