Guess there’s no plans to fix the problem within the next year then!

We are beyond excited for this cruise! Just hoping Hurricane Jose doesn't mess with us.
Have a wonderful trip!

Hi Everyone,
We're excited to be sailing on the Regal Princess for the first time this weekend. It's our first time on a Royal class ship.
Any recommendations on regarding not to miss venues or activities? What's your favorite place for embarkation day lunch? How do we find it?
What's special about the Regal Princess, as opposed to the older ships we've sailed on (Ruby, Sun, Dawn, Sea, Golden and Grand?)
Thanks in advance for any input!:)
Can't give any advice regarding The Regal but we sailed on The Royal this year and the two ships are identical I believe. We loved to eat at the international cafe when we boarded It was interesting watching everyone as it was our first cruise. Stunning ship and i'm sure The Regal is too

Same here, flights all booked, seats on flights booked, hotel booked. Obviously I'm too organised! St Maarten is the only island I've not been to. Now waiting for the new excursion list, so I can see what else I'd like to do on the islands already visited.
Well I guess hurricane Irma has totally stuffed things for you now. St Maarten was hit really bad. We have decided to change the cruise now and do the last leg of this cruise instead i.e Panama Canal, Costa Rica, Columbia, Grand Cayman and Jamaica. Like I said I don't want to go the same islands again and especially now after Irma. Hoping they won't change this itinerary.

Not only has The CB completely changed my Southern Caribbean Medley to an eastern cruise. 11th April 2018. But hurricane Irma has caused so much destruction and wiped out the only port I was looking forward to....st martins. I can't see these islands being up and running by next April.

So it's not just me then. Very disappointed. Princess have said I can change the cruise and move the flights but as we're going with friends this isn't suitable. They are first time cruisers so any change to the itinerary for them doesn't matter. Guess we'll just have to suck it up. You from Uk?

Sorry to double post, but I have answered my own question. My personaliser shows major changes to my cruise. They have taken out Grenada, Dominica, Bonaire and Curacao and replaced them with St Kitts, St Lucia, Antigua and St Maartan, all of which I have been to before! So I am now booked on a completely different cruise to the one I wanted.
I'm booked on that cruise too. Not happy that I'll be doing the exact same ports I've just done this April (apart from St Maarten). Wouldn't have booked if ide known earlier. Flights booked too:(

Which is what Princess has done for our itinerary on 11th April 2018! Completely changed it to Eastern Caribbean from Southern. I'm on a 20 day cruise, the following one being a partial Panama Canal and then Limon and other ports which have been changed around, which is why I haven't cancelled. Also I already have air booked.
However this far out, if there are any more changes I will be cancelling. Seems it doesn't pay to book so far out.
We are booked on this cruise too. (Only booked 2 weeks ago) We found out just yesterday that the ports have changed. No emails and nothing from the travel agents. Just found it on the cruise personaliser.
Not very happy as the ports they have changed to are exactly the same (bar one) on the cruise we completed this April just gone. So I'm doing the same cruise again basically. If ide know about these issues I wouldn't have booked it. Can't cancel as flights are booked.

Can you elaborate as to why NCL breakaway/getaway is disliked?
