Our TA booked us cabin 5078 on the Westerdam for our Alaskan cruise next summer. After reading online, I am a little worried about reports of lifeboats obstructing the views on some of the cabins. Does anyone know if this is the case for 5078? Is there anything else I should be looking out for that might make us want to switch cabins?

Hi - complete cruise newbie here. We are going to be on the Westerdam next year and are interested in the thermal package. Is this available on the Westerdam, and how would we book this once we are on the ship?

Thanks for all this information! I was wondering if anyone could explain how cocktails that aren't already listed on the menu work. For example, could I order an Old Fashioned with one of the bourbon's within the $9 range, or a martini with one of the gin or vodka selections included in the signature drink package?
