  2. We just got on the ship today at terminal B, I wouldn’t necessarily call it a terminal but a tent within a warehouse and then a gang plank like we were boarding the titanic. I was a little upset they didn’t let us know before hand but as soon as we checked in we got to board right away at 10:30 and our cabin was ready by 11! I was shocked and pleasantly surprised by the experience as overall it went pretty well. Sorry to hear about your experience with the disembarkation process but I hope the rest of your cruise was great!

  3. I booked and made changes with MSC multiple times over the phone for my booking and have always gotten prompt, professional and courteous service. I'd try giving them a call during their business hours. We only received an email at the time of booking for confirmation and then 30 days out when our tickets were available (and again when we changed our cabin) given there were no changes to our itinerary for our Christmas and NYE cruise due to the hurricane.

If you did book with a TA then, as others have said, they cannot speak with you about any changes you wish to make and have to deal with your TA directly for any info.

Best of luck and happy cruising!

  4. Both companies are good, I’ve noticed that depending on which city I’m in one is always cheaper and or quicker than the other (Lyft was better in Chicago but Uber was better in San Francisco.) It’s never that much but it you want to save a few bucks or a few minutes in waiting I would download both and then see once at port which one will suit your time schedule.

  5. What if you play at the tables and not the machines?

According to their website you just hand your card to the dealer and they will take care of it for you

Do I receive a players card to earn rewards?

Your Cruise Card is also your players card in the Casino. When you play the slot machines, you insert your card in the machine and leave it in, for the table games you need to hand in your card to the Casino Dealer for all your sessions of play and they will log you on.
