Our flight lands at 9:00 in Miami, and our check in time for our cruise is not until 12:30. Is there in the airport after getting our luggage that we can sit around and eat until closer to check in time? Even if it takes us a while to get luggage, 2 hours will be a long time to sit in port and wait to check it.

Hi! I am a thirty something mother and will be cruising with my 9 year old daughter. We took a 3 day cruise last year on the Enchantment of the Seas and had a great time. This year, we would like to take a longer cruise and have found that Carnival offers the destinations that we are interested in within our price range. There are two cruise ships setting out on our vacation week..the Glory and Miracle.

Does anyone have a suggestion on which one would be better for us? While on RC, we enjoyed the pool area with live music during the day, the night time dance party on deck, and the food was good. Both ships have mixed reviews (as with pretty much anything). We are very laid back vacationers and do not expect much. Just trying to get some other opinions. Thank you!

I have a question about the drink package. What about one adult traveling with a child? We sailed on RC last year and there was a less expensive option for my daughter, which we used, but often times the bar tenders just used my card for both of our drinks anyways. Does Carnival have different packages for adults and children? Or can I order her drinks on my package?
