  1. We have seen more than one person on a package order a glass of wine and leave most of it because they were going to dinner or moving out to round the pool from the Terrace etc, had they "paid" in hard cash they would have tackled the arduous task of walking a few hundred yards with their glass in hand.

Are you saying that you cannot take your drink with you from place to place on the ship? That seems odd.

  2. You may bring wine and or hard liquor onto an Oceania Cruise virtually without restriction.

If you'd like what you bring on to be stored chilled, decanted or otherwise prepared for service, they will take of everything.....and they do it beautifully ;-)

Great! Looking forward to exploring new wines after port. I’m glad the my allow you to bring them on after each stop. Different than what I read.

Sounds like a class act on this ship!

  3. I have seen a lot of cases going thru security. No one is joking here. It is most definitely allow as long as you abide by the rules of drinking in your own cabin. If you want to go to dining venue you pay a $25 corkage fee.

Do they put the wine into storage or can you bring some to your stateroom?

  4. Greetings!

My wife and I are taking our first Oceania cruise in December on Riviera. I have a question for those who have taken one before: I see that you can bring 3 bottles of wine on the ship from your original port. Out booking agent said you could bring 3 on at EACH port…different from what the website says. He assured us when questioned, that Oceania is very “lax” on this policy. My wife and I are trying to find out which is true. Do you, or anyone, know what the exact answer is? Thank you!
