Regarding the free cruise, I know we cannot sail on holidays. Are we restricted to certain ships/locations?

I received an offer for a free cruise a few weeks ago (paying for air, taxes and fees only).. I booked the Jewel for December 29th. Today I receive and email stating I had made "prime." I was excited to there is a annual "inside cabin" free cruise for Primes. I am wondering if the cruise I booked a few weeks ago counts as the "prime free cruise"? Either way I am grateful.

Does Allue do an "All White Party" or "The 70's Party"? ...or any event where special or different clothing is suggested? We leave out April 2nd on Allure.

Silly question, but do you order your seconds up front or wait until you have finished the first serving? On one of my cruises yeas ago my waiter seemed irritated when I ordered a second chilled soup later in the meal? I feel greedy when I order two things up front. Does Celebrity have specific rules around this?
