GSC Clam Shells & Umbrellas you rent on the island. I forget how much for the day (less than $50 for either). Find the one you want and there was a guy near a podium that you could rent them from. Pretty straight forward but done on the island.

I have Samsonite 28" luggage and it slides under no problem

- Thanks everyone for the input. Pretty much confirmed what I was thinking.

My bride and I will be going on the Bliss in February for a trip to Mexico (she REALLY wants to see the whales). I was curious if anyone has tried the BBQ in Q Texas Smokehouse before. I haven't seen a lot posted on it so figured I'd just ask. As reference, we love BBQ (brisket, pulled pork, chicken, ribs). I even own several smokers and grills, so I do know how it's supposed to taste. I was nervous in trying it because I don't see how you turn out decent BBQ on a ship, but want to keep an open mind. So let's here it. Thanks in advance.

I just got off the Pearl for a NYE cruise. Wonderful time. The Cruise Next people told me that the deposits now expire 12/31/2099. I called my PCC to confirm, which he did. Thought I share the information

Anyone ever book the private photo session on board? My wife & I will be celebrating our 25th anniversary next month on the Encore & she wants to do a private photo session. Curious about duration of the session, could you do it on their private island or just in their studio? Can you change back drops or locations?

Will be in the Haven on the Encore in Jan '23. Plan on trying this out since it'll be free on Embarkation Day. Other than that, would simply walk on by w/o a second thought. They can't be making much, if any, profit out of this space.

Yeah but you can have Haven lunch for free every day. Getting to try out the American Diner for free only happens on that first day.
That was my thought exactly. I'm sailing in the Haven for the 1st time in January on the Encore (25th anniversary) and was thinking of trying it out since it will be free

I found out after making that Vibe Week booking that you could get a Cabana on the Breakaway for just a bit more. I called back to get the Cabana and had a series of lets say, NCL folks with no clue. They all told me there was no Cabana's available. I gave up. Then out of the blue, I emailed a contact at NCL and bingo, Cabana Booked.
Didn't know the Cabana's came w/ the Vibe Beach passes. Thanks for the info. I'll be calling NCL tomorrow to inquire further.

You can call them - no harm in that. You can also do a search on Google w/ the ship & cabin number - perhaps you'll find a video review or pictures of the cabin.

Appreciate your post. I was contemplating doing this next September with my bride but wasn't sure about the travel and everything, having never been to Greece before

Appreciate this topic. Was looking at a Sept '23 cruise w/ my bride and the Escape NY to Canada & back popped up. Wasn't sure but appreciate the comments

Really easy and obvious once you get there. You'll have no trouble. Enjoy your trip

Yeah she's not going to do it and honestly, as fun as it looks, I'm not going to push it. Want to enjoy the trip and don't want to have her set up for failure. On to other adventures

So my wife & I are looking to do the BOSS Underwater Adventure in St Thomas but she is nervous she will feel claustrophobic in the bell & freak out. Anyone ever do something similar that can provide some input. Does it feel like your in a tiny, little box under 20ft of water? She wants to do it but is afraid. Thanks in advance.

Just off the NCL Sky (great trip). We were meeting our room steward on embarkation day and mentioned towel animals. He told us they were instructed to no longer do them unless the guest specifically requested them. We did & he did w/ no problems. Just wanted to mention it so if towel animals is something you are looking forward to, I'd mention it to your room steward

Just a thought - you may be able to find a local restaurant near the pier or where you boat returns to that would be able to cook it for you. I'm sure your boat captain will be able to point you in the right direction.

So I just received my binax 2-pack test for my June cruise. I downloaded the app. Do I schedule a test in advance or just log in when I'm ready and it connects me to a proctor?

While I do appreciate the comments on tipping our butlers, I do hope we return to the original post of 'unique requests' as I will be taking my 1st haven cruise for my upcoming 25th anniversary. I'm very curious, as the OP posted, what things people have asked their butlers to do.

Miami Terminal
in Norwegian Cruise Line
Posted
There is a separate area for Haven, but the others all go to the same area. When you go inside the terminal, you'll go up the escalator. Right at the top of the escalator, if you go to the left is Haven check-in & waiting lobby. To the right is everyone else. I don't recall if there was a separate line for priority check-in, but the waiting area is the same for everyone.
