• We will be visiting Labadee in September with three young grandsons. I've made a trip to the local store where things sell for one dollar, and bought three sets of beach toys. I plan on leaving these toys with the Barefoot Beach attendant to pass on to other future guests. :):):)
  

1975 on Carnival's Mardi Gras. About 18,000 tons. So tiny! Everyone dressed for dinner. Food was actually pretty good.

Hello everyone. I'm looking for some feedback from you if you have sailed in this Jr. Spa Suite on Ovation.

I have read that it has an obstructed view, but I have also read it does not. Seems to be some confusion there.

What was your experience in this Jr. suite?

We were on Freedom in January, The port aft elevator was not working then. From reading other posts it is still not working. That must add to traffic jams/waiting periods.

If you've cruised in 6636 on Ovation would you please post your thoughts? Noisy? Obstructed view? Thank you!

We prefer going in September, and like to book the last cruise of the season when we can. We find many bargains in port stores, and we enjoy the cooler weather. Sometimes the first cruises of the season run into ice issues and we don't get to see some of the attractions.

I have a question someone here may be able to answer. I have a reservation that is not yet fully paid. Under the current Kids Sale Free promotion is it possible to have the charges for the kids removed? Or does the promotion only apply to new reservations? I can't seem to find an answer on Royal's website. I have booked this cruise using a travel agent. Thank you in advance.:)

Thanks everyone. This winter here in Atlanta, we've had wild temperature swings and totally unexpected snow before Christmas, and the trend has been colder than normal. 80's and sunny would be fine. Clouds and rain happen too. I'll throw in a light jacket just in case. I was just wondering about the most recent experiences.

If you've recently sailed the Western Caribbean itinerary, could you please tell me about the weather?

I wonder-if you booked months ago under the original benefit list, will your cruise include the original benefits? We are a family of eight, booked for September 2017 in Star class, and those original benefits are what encouraged us to book a Star class suite.

If you have stayed in this suite, I would love to hear your impressions. If you have photos you could post, that would be greatly appreciated also.

Thanks for your reply, leaveitallbehind. I read a reference that the karaoke bar is located under this room and wondered if anyone could comment on noise issues.

If you have stayed in cabin 6190 on Allure/Oasis, did you experience any noise issues? We have time to change cabins if necessary. Thank you in advance for your help.

Last week on Radiance, my husband asked for a donut and was told they were only for those who bought coffee. It was not that way on the Liberty in August.
