I've been very disappointed that the only yogurts available are either non fat or have artificial sweeteners! Yukkk!!!! What ever happened to "natural" food??

I'll be in Port Stanley next week. I was able to book a Volunteer Point tour with Patrick Watts two weeks ago. He had two spaces available for our first day at Port Stanley. Estancia Tours could have accommodated us on our second day there. While these tours do fill up, there must be cancellations as well. If you contact the various tour operators by email directly you may be able to yet get on a tour.

The EZE Duty Free shop has a website. One can review the inventory and prices (in US dollars) and reserve a purchase.

7140 is a Celebrity Suite. There are no connecting doors. We had the same room on Connnie and it was very quiet.

 

Not every cabin has connecting doors.

We have been in CS twice on the summit. No noise at all from door which is located near cabin entrance. More noise from piano in Penthouse

 

Of course if you have very noisey neigbors that can be a problem in any cabin

 

Thanks! I finally saw the door in one of the pictures, and it does seem to be away from the "living" areas.

I have not seen anyone mention the connecting doors shown in the Celebrity site. I am concerned about the noise issue or hearing our neighbors clearly (even throat clearing) as we did on the Xpedition.

Where are the doors located? We've booked 7140 on Summit next year.

Just an update for those that might not be aware of the OBC changes in reference to # of sailing days.

 

As of December 17, 2007 the OBC for booking on board is now

 

3-5 nights $ 50

6-9 nights $100

10+nights $200

 

As far as Platinum, Diamond & Diamond Plus Balcony Discounts, as of December 15, 2007 they are now

 

3-5 nights $ 50 (D/D+)................$ 50 for Platinum Members

6-9 nights $200(D/D+)................$100 for Platinum Members

10+ nights $300 (D/D+)...............$200 for Platinum Members

Patti, I just called C & A and the woman said the 3-5 night discount for D/D+ is still $100. She added "don't believe everything you read on CC" ;). OK, who's right???
