  1. My hotel is near the airport also, but he is telling me because it is north of the airport he will not take me there, even though I have a confirmation in my hand from June stating he would. He would have never changed the drop off if I didn't contact him to cancel the first part of the transportation. In my opinion he has poor customer service.

Just a heads up, I had a reservation with Jiffy Jeff for Oct 31,2015 to be transported from my hotel to POM, and from POM on Nov 14 to be transported to my hotel on 17th street in Fort Lauderdale. I cancelled my reservation for Oct 31 today because of a change in plans, and Jeff is telling me he will not take me to my hotel on Nov 15. I have a confirmation from June 15,2015 stating that he will transport me to my hotel. I called him and questioned him and he told me that they no longer transport to hotels north of the airport. Even though I have a reservation confirmation from him, he will not honor it. This is from the email he sent to me today: "We are experiencing alot of traffic problems when transporting passengers from Port of Miami to 17St Causeway hotels north of the FLL airport. We are no longer offering service to that area. We can take you to FLL airport but that's as far as we go now." I asked him when he was going to notify my of this, and he told me in a day or two. I believe it was because I cancelled the reservation on Oct 31. Because my hotel was pre-paid I cannot change hotels, and I do not want to be dropped off at the airport go down to baggage claim and pay for a taxi to my hotel. I would use his service with caution.
