So today I received an email from cruise critic for specials on your up coming cruise The amount for the room we want is less than what we have already paid plus our bid and has a lot more perks. So I called Norwegian and asked if I could just get that rate. I was told they don't price match. I found this ridiculous since the other companies should be price matching to them. I was told if we cancel our existing cabin because we are only a few days out we would lose everything we already paid for and cannot upgrade for the email price. How on earth does this make any sense??? Norwegian should be ashamed.

Getaway Jan 28. Bid on forward and aft penthouse $1205 declined. 2 bedroom $1505 declined. We are happy with our mid ship balcony however would have been nice.
