  1. We had a cruise departing March 14. We canceled the cruise and submitted refund form provided by NCL.

    CEO Sommer states you can receive a 100% refund. To date nothing but denials. I have written both US Senators and my Congressman.

    The cruise industry needs to have more federal oversight for the American traveling public as we have no one to turn to in situations like this. Next stop is credit card dispute process. After that complaints to House of Reps and Senate Subcommittees for Consumer Protection.

  2. I would be very careful and reluctant to do business with Norwegian Cruise Line. They will make and reshape their policies to cover themselves and postpone/delay or even ignore refund requests. There are now over 900 customers waiting for their refunds. NCL does not have the right to confiscate your payments for things you do not want. More federal oversight is needed.
