My husbands were supposed to be available today and are not showing up at all.

This happened to me as well on the Horizon in March - I prepaid for a service in February. They charged the full amount on my S&S but after several calls/days the charge was refunded. Carnival sells the spa services, it shows "Carnival" on my credit card for the prepaid services - they should stand behind the customer 100%.

Are you able to use the spa facilities if you book a massage, facial, etc.?

You might want to call - I called yesterday to rebook and they still had not done anything with my deposit - they put it towards my new booking. I thought they would have processed the refund already, but not the case.
