Thanks for the reply. We sure realize that. That is why we are looking for other passengers now, so we can book a taxi in advance. We already found a couple, which have a minivan for 8 or more people so that would be great.

We are two sisters, going on a cruise from Guadeloupe to Savona. The day we arrive in Savona (22th April), we have to catch an early flight (13:00h) from Milan Linate airport. We do not have time to catch a train or (Costa) bus, so we have to take a taxi at 9:15h. Are there more travellers with this challenge, who like to share a cab? Please let us know... Costs depend on how many we eventually are ;-).
