Just off the Edge, in SS, butler was pleased to have his old job  back. He assisted us on arrival and checked  in with us once during the cruise,Nice fellow.

Only recently has the elite risen to 15% savings.👍🏻

We will be putting on the miles late 2023-24.    After the New Zealand cruise we are flying home but fling back to Sydney in April 2024 to do the Repositioning From Sydney to HNL and HNL to Vancouver.

Chat usually shows up seconds after you  are on Celebrity site, bottom left corner of the screen.

Used the chat to celebrity agent, he applied our savings and gave us the extra onboard credit. This was on an existing cruise before final payment ,with al, pricing was not better on the other cruise.  Chat worked well, 10 minutes in queue 10 with agent.😊

On the Eclipse from Hawaii , the filet on the children,s menu was available, several times in fact.😎

Any word when app may be available for the remaining fleet?🙄

Celebrity cancelled our cruise on March 10. Of three couples travelling together one has received full refund as of Friday. Not us.

We also requested luggage tags on the celebrity site. They arrived in about 10 days.We were quite pleased with their efficiency.

A question on the elite drink vouchers, can you get an premium drink by paying the difference, as you would with the classic drink package? Thanks  Gordon

Hi, We are boarding on the 12th of December. Does the Equinox have the Promenade Walking Deck? If so, does it go around the entire perimeter of the ship? Also interested in the depth of the swimming pools. Thank you in advance for any info that you can pass on.

There was a walking track on 14 I believe. The Promanade deck area didn't appear to circle the whole perimeter but must admit I didn't try. With all the stair climbing on the ship and the active tours we did ashore we didn't feel the need.

One pool was about 6 feet deep and the other outside one was 4 feet. I'm not sure how deep the covered pool was. About 4 feet I think. I was disappointed in it as I'd loved the Thallasotherapy pool aboard the Millie. This one was cold and didn't have the bubbles.

My husband and I each have 26 inch suitcase for our 12 day cruise. Would we be able to pull them on ourselves--more importantly are we allowed to pull off ourselves instead of putting outside our room so to get off quickly??

We self debarked in Barcelona and it worked very well. They basically had a 10 minute window for that, so we were all lined up with our suitcases waiting for the go ahead. Once given, we were off in minutes and out to catch our tour/transfer. Our time slot was 6:30 - 6:40am but it was late starting due to our slightly delayed arrival. (Medical issue just after leaving Toulon so had to return). One nice thing was no customs at the port.

We are ending our cruise in Barcelona this fall. We are a group of 8 and are planning to book a transfer service. For those who have done that, how do you set a time for pick-up? I've had experiences where we are much later getting off than planned;) I'm assuming keeping in contact by phone is an option. Thanks
