If it has been a week and nobody else here is reporting the same problem, they might not even be aware of the issue. Their Contact Us page has a form you can submit and one of the categories about what you have a question about is Website, so I'd recommend giving that a try and seeing what they have to say.

CapsLock - I'm not having any problems. Have you tried calling them? I would think that if it was down for days that more people would be commenting, so perhaps it is something specific that us just affecting you, or a smaller group of people using a specific internet browser?

That might be just tight enough to make you worry about. If the ship is a little behind schedule and there is an accident on the interstate, you would likely be cutting it very close. 90% of the time you'd probably be fine, so the question is how much later is the next flight to move that up to 99%?

Maybe it is something with your particular booking since apparently nobody else is having the same problem. I would suggest calling their office.

Nope - it's working fine for me.

Wait List means that the category is sold out, but they realize there will be cancellations so they are still accepting reservations on those categories. As people cancel, those on the Wait List will get offered a room. Sold Out, I assume, means that the Wait List has so many people on it, they are reasonably confident that they would never have so many cancellations that they'd go through the entire Wait List.
So (and this is just an example) if a category has 20 rooms, after the 20 are full maybe they take 10 more reservations on Wait List. Once they then have 30 "reservations" for that category of 20 rooms, they stop adding names to the Wait List because they know from experience that half of the first 20 people that have an actual room won't cancel, so there is no reason to add an 11th person waiting in line.

Just note summer, '11 itinerary when Voyager is scheduled through the canal. I rather doubt that canal will grow or Voyager shrink in next 12 months.

Probably an error on Regent's marketing side. If you look at the same itinerary on the website, they have changed the map and the itinerary: http://www.rssc.com/cruises/VOY110607/Itinerary.aspx

Captain seemingly lied to everyone in stating he was too big to go through Kiel Canal.
What makes you think that was a lie, and that the ship is in fact not too tall to fit through Kiel Canal? The canal's height is only 40 meters above the water line according to their website. Given Voyager's 8-9 decks above the water line, plus stacks that appear to measure about 5-6 more decks tall, if each deck is close to 3 meters, which I would think is about right, she wouldn't fit.

If you are taking the Regent flights and pre-cruise hotel, I can only imagine that you will fly overnight leaving Friday to arrive in Europe Saturday morning, as that really is the only option from the US.
