Thanks for the information! Next question... are there bikes available to rent are on the Pride? I have searched the website and see pics but no info as to availability or cost. Also, can you make a reservation for the specialty restaurant before you get on the ship? Do they post when the special deck buffet is prior to sailing? We'd like to dine in the specialty restaurant but not on the deck buffet night. Any ideas?

Dinner last night was good. Tonight’s was much better...

 

First day at sea. Last night it was warm on the ship, a/c not working too well. We slept with our balcony door open, loved the fresh air. After breakfast went on deck and read, checked email, etc. internet service is pretty good, surprisingly. Glad we bought the package. After a nice lunch went back on deck then off to the gym. Kind of warm, but they were blowing air in. Still a good sweat.

 

As I said, really great dinner then an after dinner under the stars.

 

We’re sailing at 11 knots. Nice, slow, easy relaxing. Perfect.

I will be sailing on the Pride next week and wanted to bring a heating pad. I have been advised not to use 110 volt heating pads with 220 even with adapter. Does the room have 110 outlet near the bed?

Windstar Pride is there 110 voltage in room not just the plug in bathroom?

Thanks for the info. I can't seem to find the Roll Call. When I put the ship information in it says there is no roll call. I thought I was starting a roll call but apparently it's a thread. New to website and not too successful with programming.

Looking for fellow passengers trying to coordinate trip in Ferrol to Santiago de Compostela. I had something lined up with Tours 4 Cruisers and they have had to cancel due to unavailable guides. We could book through the ship but thought a smaller group of 4 to 6 might be better. Anyone looking to add 2 people to a small group?
