Yes, they are PS3's. Probably need to get controller from the concierge.

 

Bring your own DVD's and I wouldn't bring any BluRay though. The software is likely not updated.

Thank you for the response. So they are actual sony ps3 consoles not a dvd player that are in the grand suites or above on the adventure of the seas? I figured not to bring blu ray I had similar issue last year.

I guess it was meant to be this way. I booked a separate room for my girlfriend to come with us. With great surprise she got a huge free upgrade. Booked the lowest fair which was an inside stateroom and now she has a panoramic view on the 12th floor!!! I did not tell her the good news and plan to surprise her when we board the ship, I cant wait to see her expression.

I still check to see if it would change, just wishful thinking because I would like for my girlfriend to come with us.

Thank you for all the help. I booked a grand suite for 2, so I guess only option is for her to book a room by herself to come along. I just wish I knew before they never take off the 2 person limit per room, so I could have looked into other cruise options.

Royal Caribbean told me there is a 2 person restriction on each stateroom. I asked during booking what do I do if my girlfriend wants to join in the room. They said the coast guard has a restriction on right now to not book more then 2 people per room and to call next week it will change. I have been checking for over a week now and there is no change. Do they ever lift this restriction or limitation? Or were they pulling my leg and got me to pay in full 2 months before my cruise? Thank you for the help.

I am looking to book this cruise for the august bahama vacation. I was looking at a grand suite for me and my mother, but and pondering about the perks. Do you get any perks on their private island like on the other oasis ships? Thank you. Do you get priority boarding and unboarding at all the ports that it stops at? Anything new to dining options for the suite guests as well? Thanks again.
