We never purchase Cheers. We just order a bottle of Jack Daniels and a bottle of Grey Goose from the Fun Shop, along with a 6 pack of sodas for mixers and a case of water. They are waiting in our cabin when we arrive.  We also bring our allotted 2 bottles of wine.  Total for all is about $200. Cheers package on a 7 day cruise for 2 people is almost $1000. I'll mix my own, thank you.

We were on the November 19 Mexican Riviera Millie sailing in a balcony cabin on the hump.  Next, we were moved to the Solstice in the Caribbean.  The website now has us listed on the Solstice to Mexican Riviera, but we are assigned to an Oceanview stateroom! This is the craziest mess I've ever seen - with no communication from Celebrity!  I will give it a day or two to see if they correct our stateroom. If not, I'm canceling. 

You can only stream and use facetime on the premium plan.

We were on Reflection in June and had dinner at Sushi on 5 one night.  They also have a sushi to go option so we also took an order to go for lunch on a sea day and ate on our balcony!  Food was wonderful both times.  

We are currently on Reflection and Sushi to go is available from Sushi on 5. 

We are booked for this cruise also and I have been unable to see or book any shore excursions as yet.  Not sure what the issue is.  However, our booking shows the correct sail dates of June 13 - 21, 2020.

Yes, I received an email from my TA.  A day was added to the cruise and they gave us several options if we wanted to book a different cruise.  We just confirmed with Celebrity via my TA that all of the original booking perks (Go Best) would still be in play and we would have no additional fees for the extra day if we stayed with our original booking.  They confirmed and gave us  $200 in on-board credit.  So, not a bad outcome for us.  Looking forward to visiting Croatia in June 2020!

We are also booked on June 14, 2020 Infinity.  It disappeared from the website just a few weeks after becoming available for booking.  I can't imagine it was fully booked already.  It's very concerning.  

I'm booked for Infinity June 14-20, 2020 from Venice to Rome. It has disappeared from the website also.  Wondering if it has been chartered or possibly the Infinity revolution moved up to June?  Anyone have any ideas?

We booked and paid a deposit for Infinity sailing June 14, 2020 from Venice.  Now, this sailing has disappeared from the Celebrity website. Other Infinity sailings are listed later in the month, but our particular cruise is no longer showing up. Anyone else having issues finding their booked sailing on the website?

As Hilton Grand Vacation owners, we have used our points to book with Celebrity (7 day to Alaska in 2016 and currently booked on a 2019 12-night British Isles).  Using our Hilton points has saved us thousands on the cost of the cruise itself, plus the agency gifted us with OBC to our account and sent a bottle of champagne to our cabin!
