Just out of curiosity....how do you sign up for Celebrity's Go Green program?
Thanks,
Diane
We received an email a few days before our sail date asking if we would like to Go Green Programme. We have had 2 Go Green cruises and were asked both times to participate. We accepted and are just back from our last cruise and I have to say I didn't really notice any reduction in our stateroom service. Our cabin steward still came twice a day to clean/tidy and replenish towels.

The survey is easier in Canada , we only get the first 4 questions 😉
Only 4 questions in the UK version too.

Just received new Power up Points opportunity. Read about what Edge has to offer then answer 10 questions correctly and receive 10 PUPs.

At least you’ve had the E mail, nothing yet (UK).
I'm in the UK and I received the Alaska email 7.10pm yesterday, however my husband didn't get the offer but I can add his CC number to mine when viewing. 30 points by watching by 19th October.

I havn't received the email either, but I don't think any points are being offer for watching it.

Hi I cant seem to find the forum for 8th July. I want to find out if anyone is doing the British D Day beaches tours
I’ve checked the forum for the 8th and there’s no mention of any British tours. We looked into booking a British D Day tour ourselves but decided against it because of the distance/travelling time from the ship. We didn’t want to chance it in case there were any delays getting back onboard.

Did anyone get a 'thank you for attending' email after this week webinar. I was 9 minutes late joining and wondering if I will receive any PUP points.

I have just received the 5 for the Webinar, but not the 1 point for the quiz
I got 5 points too but just checked again and the other 1 point has been added.

I just contacted my TA in the U.K. He has had no info from Celebrity and says my booking is still live. However, reading this I’m expecting a call back in the next couple of days to say our cruise is a bust.
Very disappointing, we were arriving early to visit family so maybe we will just go with wherever the ship goes!
Hope everyone else can work out alternative plans.
My TA hasn't heard anything either so we'll just have to wait and see what options are offered. According to post 19 the ship is being relocated to the Mexican Riviera.

Our 1st December sailing was showing as Sold Out, Not Available earlier this evening but now it's not showing at all☹️

We are looking to book on Symphony this spring and have selected a Guaranteed Balcony in the past. This time, our option does not state whether the location would be Central Park, Boardwalk, or Ocean View balcony, it simply states "Balcony Guarantee". Does anyone know what this means specifically? Could we be assigned to any location (ie Central Park/Boardwalk/Ocean View)?
I booked a Guaranteed Balcony on Anthem (you can be allocated a balcony cabin anywhere on the ship) and when I logged into my RC account my cabin had been assigned and it was an outside balcony (11292). I'm happy with my allocation.

I used the link and changed it to my CC number. I received the whopping PUP point.
Maybe something to do with me being In the UK. It was only for I Captains Club point so not too bothered if I don’t get it

Has anyone had their PUP for April added yet, for the Trivia.
My screen shot says I completed it on 15/04/21.
I think it was only 1 Captain’s Club point, but even so, they all add up.😱

I did the Trivia last month too and haven't received my PUPs. I didn’t receive an email inviting me to take part so I just followed the link posted on here, maybe that’s why we haven't been awarded anything.

Looks like it’s for people who haven’t yet signed up for Pup points.

That is strange. We had a Pacific Coast cruise out of Vancouver cancelled, for which we had so far only paid a deposit. Our TA told us our options were a refund, or 125% OBC. We were never offered the option of transferring with additional OBC. I don't understand why different people are being offered different options. Perhaps because we are from the US, and you are not?
Yes seems Uk and USA are offered different options. A couple of years ago we booked a cruise while onboard Solstice and was told if the price dropped, or our TA prices was less we would get the lower price. Our TA had a much lower price so we asked for the adjustment but got a firm no from Celebrity.
After a lot of calls & emails Celebrity stood their ground on price. We were still not happy so complained again and eventually they gave us some onboard credit.
-
Earlier this month Celebrity cancelled our October 2021 Asian cruise and they offered us our deposit back or transfer deposit to another booking and receive $200 OBC. We decided to take the OBC and booked a cruise for December 2022.

I totally agree with elainb, I don’t take any alcohol, tea or coffee and my husband only drinks the odd glass of wine with dinner so I feel annoyed I have to accept the new ‘all included’ price. Internet I can do without too, I just wait until we’re in port. We always pay gratuities and tip any staff member who have given us good service. I have heard Celebrity staff read these boards so hopefully they might reconsider.

They are added to the points awarded for your cruise. They usually show up about a week after you leave the ship.
