Hi, we're going on the Caribbean Princess at the beginning of June 2024 and we want to make some dinner reservations. However, we'd like to know whether there is just one show a night and what time it starts to avoid booking mealtimes that clash with the show. Grateful for any information about this.

Hi thanks for your help. I wanted to know a little more about embarkation at the Malaga cruise port and about disembarkation from the Marella Spirit. What time do you need to be off the ship? From what I've read it seems to vary between ships and cruises. Our flight isn't until 19.30 so I'd like to know how much time I've got in Malaga, how to get hold of luggage if we want to have a look around in Malaga and how to join up with the coach for the airport or alternative transport to the airport.

I've been looking at this board and googling on the internet to get some more information about embarkation and disembarkation for the Marella Spirit of Iberia cruise. Frustratingly, I've seen a few posts suggesting that their website provides the answers and even a couple of Google answers that suggest there is information but when you click on it, it takes you to the Tui website where there is nothing on the subject. Well, I've been looking hard and they have no information that I can find in the Frequently Asked Questions or anywhere else. I know cruise websites tend not to be brilliant but I think the Tui one is exceptionally poor. I haven't bothered to email Tui since they never replied last time I tried that. Sorry, felt the need to vent.

Thanks for this. Not coming up when I try my booking reference. Possibly because going so soon. It's now saying on the website - some parts of your booking cannot be amended online. I have to say, I'm not impressed if that's the reason as I should be able to see excursions I've already booked.

Hi, does anyone know how to find your booked shore excursions on the Tui website please? I thought I'd had an email from them but can't find it and can't find anywhere on either the main Tui website or the shore excursions website to check the excursions. I know I've booked and paid for them online. I'm going on Sunday on the Marella Spirit so keen to look at them before I go.

Update. Just found my email - was from Shore Admin not Tui, no wonder I couldn't see it. Still curious to know if you can access your booked shore excursions on the website?

Hi, I'm going on the Marella Spirit on 5 August with my sister and my niece. There'll be three of us in an inside cabin and obviously it'll be hot as it's August. I thought I read somewhere that the inside cabins don't have air conditioning. Is this correct? If so, do they have fans or can you get one on board? I'm presuming they don't allow passengers to bring mini fans on board.

This is my first time on a Marella ship although I've been on NCL and Celebrity cruises before. It's the first time cruising for my sister and niece so I really hope they enjoy it. I've read a few negative reviews but also a lot of positive ones so fingers crossed. :)
